Create a new usecase

Select menu Requirement
Select menuitem New
Select menuitem Usecase

The following dialog will be displayed:

The dialog has 6 panes

Basic
Description
Trace
History
Actors
Flows

You need to fill all fields with red labels. You must press the OK-Button to save the data.
Cancel or Closing the window without saving will lead to loss of all changes. Pressing the OK-Button saves the changes or new data.

Actors Pane

Here you display or edit the assoziation of primary or secondary actors of this usecase.

Press the Edit xxx actor-Button to edit the assoziation list.

Flows Pane

This pane contains the major requirement fields.

Precondition: Describe the preconditions of this usecase
Flow of Events: Describe the flow of events
Postcondition: Describe the postconditions of this usecase
Alternate Flow: Describe alternate flows
